Celebrated on thursday - Dijous Gras, parties end by burning Mr. Carnestoltes and with enterrament de la sardina (sardine's funeral) - the ritual that symbolizes the end of Carnival itself. A funeral not just for a fish, but for all the good times of the Carnival season.
And one thing´s for sure - local people are really fascinated with fireworks...a lot!
